:PART ONE:
"The International School of Kuala Lumpur provides an (silence) exceptional education that challenges each student to develop the attitudes, skills, knowledge and understanding to become a highly successful, spirited, socially responsible global citizen."
I think that it would create a lot of tension (void) there because the audience will wonder what ISKL provides.
It also makes the audience wonder why there is a silence there because they can tell that the statement isn't over.
Another tension/void would be created because they'd question themselves and wonder if the speaker would continue or stop completely.
They might wonder when or at what time they would start speaking and the release would be created when the speaker continued speaking.
:PART TWO:
Composers can create tension by being silent, or doing improvised music in the middle of a very steady rhythm/beat.
This creates tension because the audience questions.
A composer can create release by returning surprisingly or returning to the steady rhythm, which will cause immediate and immense relief because it was really confusing for the audience.
